45 MINUTE CLASSES

Mindfulness & Meditation

This mindfulness and meditation class consists of different pranayama - breathing techniques and offers tools to enter your practice with a clear and peaceful mindset. There will time to reflect after each class by writing and sharing together as a group.This class is a space to cultivate a sense of calm and disconnect with the busy world around us in our day to day lives to better reconnect with our own heart centres, truest answers, and desires within. Mats are provided or bring your own. 

Yoga for Beginners

For students with little or no yoga experience or those looking to ease into the practice after an injury. Offered at a slower gentler pace this class focuses on the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches and relaxation skills in a comfortable, supportive environment. Mats are provided or bring your own. 

Pilates

Pilates works the whole body to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance and control. This class will help you develop a strong core which improves coordination and balance while toning your arms and legs. Develop long lean muscles without the bulk.  Pilates is great for anyone, from beginners to dancers to athletes. Mats are provided or bring your own.
