Description: Fusion is a side step away from the traditional. It blends several styles of Yoga and Pilates mat work. Fusion focuses on strengthening the core muscles that stabilize the spine is designed to develop and challenge balance, flexibility, co-ordination, as well as improve posture.
Yoga for Beginners
Description: For students with little or no yoga experience or those looking to ease into the practice after an injury. Offered at a slower gentler pace this class focuses on the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches and relaxation skills in a comfortable, supportive environment. Mats are provided or bring your own.
Yoga - II
Description: Always wished you could safely learn how to perform shoulder stands, backbends or wheel and crow? Then this class is for you! Designed for those wishing to challenge themselves both physically and mentally and for those looking to further their yoga practice. A more challenging and vigorous led class, this class focuses on the more advanced yoga postures and sequences requiring greater stamina, flexibility and strength of body and mind. Must have previous yoga experience. Mats are provided or bring your own.
