RENTALS AND BOOKINGS

To book a facility

Once submitted, a member of our facilities team will contact you to discuss the details of a potential rental/booking. For further information regarding bookings, please contact:

Space priority is primarily allocated to Athletic programming. Where available, facilities may be made available to community members.

RAC Gymnasiums are not available for booking during RAC hours.

RENTALS (FOR GROUPS OUTSIDE THE RYERSON COMMUNITY - FEE BASED) 

  • Complete the Facility Request Form.
  • If a facility is available, the Licensee (renter) will be contacted by our Facilities Team
  • All Facility rentals (and related charges) are set and billed by the Department of Athletics.
  • A signed contract, valid insurance certificate and payments must be received 3 days prior to the first event date.

All Athletic rentals require a facility supervisor. 

A $500.00 refundable cleaning/maintenance deposit may be required prior to the event. The attending supervisor will evaluate facilities and advise the Licensee accordingly.


BOOKINGS (FOR RYERSON STUDENTS AND RAC MEMBERS – FEE MAY BE WAIVED)

  • When ALL participants must be Ryerson students and/or RAC members, facility fees will be waived.
  • If a supervisor is required for the booking, $18.00/hr will be charged 
  • In the case of a Ryerson Club hosting an interuniversity and/or club team tournament, each Non-Ryerson Team will pay a $125.00 fee/ team. 
  • In the case of a Ryerson Club hosting an interuniversity and/or club individual tournament, each Non-Ryerson participant shall pay a $12.50 fee/day.
  • A signed contract, valid insurance certificate and payments must be received 3 days prior to the first event date.
