The RAC Reception Desk is located at the entrance to the main Recreation Building. Enter through either 40 or 50 Gould St. The MAC Reception Desk is located on the second floor at the top of the stairs.

What do I need to register?

All individuals registering for Campus Recreation programs must have a valid Ryerson OneCard.  

Non-student members and non-members can purchase a OneCard at the Campus Recreation Reception Desk at the time of registration.


Course fees must be paid in full by cash, cheque, VISA, MC, AmEx, or debit card. Cheques are made payable to Ryerson. HST is included in all course fees except where indicated. A $50.00 administrative fee is charged on NSF cheques. Partial payments or postdated cheques are not accepted.

Cancellations Changes:

RAC/MAC reserves the right to close or change facilities, to change instructors, to cancel any activity with insufficient enrolment or to combine courses in which attendance falls below the required minimum. Course changes and cancellations will be posted. It is the responsibility of the individual to confirm that the class is running.


  1. For courses that RAC/MAC cancels or changes before the class was scheduled to begin, full refunds or transfers are available.

  2. Courses that Athletics have rescheduled or cancelled after the start date, may only be refunded for the remaining classes.

  3. Full refunds and transfers are available if requested with a minimum of 48 hours before the start date of the course.

  4. Refunds and transfers requested with less than 48 hours notice to the start date may be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee, ONLY if the course will remain at or above the minimum registration number. No transfers are available for courses of one day or less.

  5. NO refunds will be issued when the refund request is made 48 hours or more after the first class.

  6. NO refunds will be issued when the refund is $10.00 or less.
