Fee: Ryerson Full-Time Students and Members: $85 + HST; Non-Members $160 + HST; Non-Members must purchase a $30 OneCard to allow for RAC & MAC access

Mindful Yoga

Description:  A lighter yoga class which involves simple postures and movements while incorporating intentional practices such as deep breathing, gratitude, visualization, and meditation to deepen the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. Great for anxiety, sleep disturbances, stress or just to relax. Mats are provided or bring your own. 

Mindful Movement

Description: This mind, body and spirit class is a low intensity approach to movement awareness through dance. With calm energy and diverse playlists this class helps to create inner peace and tranquility. The movement is a guided sequence inspired by contemporary dance improvisation techniques that serve to create awareness within the body which translates to a deeper connection with the mind and spirit. No dance experience necessary! 

Yoga for Beginners

Description: For students with little or no yoga experience or those looking to ease into the practice after an injury. Offered at a slower gentler pace this class focuses on the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches and relaxation skills in a comfortable, supportive environment. Mats are provided or bring your own. 


Description: Pilates works the whole body to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance and control. This class will help you develop a strong core which improves coordination and balance while toning your arms and legs. Develop long lean muscles without the bulk.  Pilates is great for anyone, from beginners to dancers to athletes. Mats are provided or bring your own.
