Mysore Yoga

Description: Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Mysore Yoga is a self-led practice through the Ashtanga style of yoga that prepares you to take this next step of practicing yoga on your own without the need for continual instruction. This "self-practice" is performed under the guidance of a teacher, who helps each participant advance through the series by teaching new postures when it is safe to do so and then allowing each participant to explore the positions and movements on your own. Recommended to those with an intermediate to advanced level of yoga experience. Mats are provided or bring your own.

Mindful Yoga

Description:  A lighter yoga class which involves simple postures and movements while incorporating intentional practices such as deep breathing, gratitude, visualization, and meditation to deepen the mental and emotional benefits of yoga. Great for anxiety, sleep disturbances, stress or just to relax. Mats are provided or bring your own.

Yoga for Beginners

Description: For students with little or no yoga experience or those looking to ease into the practice after an injury. Offered at a slower gentler pace this class focuses on the basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches and relaxation skills in a comfortable, supportive environment. Mats are provided or bring your own.

Yoga for Runners, Walkers & Cyclists

Description: New to running, walking or cycling for fitness or been an enthusiast for a very long time? Then this class is for you! Designed to help strengthen and stretch the muscles primarily used for running, walking and cycling. Sequences include key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for these types of activities. A class like this can be used post-activity as a deep stretch and cool down or on its own for injury prevention and cross-training. Mats are provided or bring your own.

Pilates

Description: Pilates works the whole body to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance and control. This class will help you develop a strong core which improves coordination and balance while toning your arms and legs. Develop long lean muscles without the bulk.  Pilates is great for anyone, from beginners to dancers to athletes. Mats are provided or bring your own.
