OPEN & DROP-IN RECREATION

  • During DROP-IN REC time, facilities are scheduled for specific sports and activities as per schedule below. 'Drop-in Rec' is typically offered on weekdays between 12:00-5:00pm, and we aim to offer a range of different sports across the week.

  • During OPEN GYM time, participants use and share facilities for sport and physical activities of their choosing. 'Open Gym' is typically offered 6:30am-12:00pm across our facilities - please check with staff at our service desk for day-to-day availability.

Women's Only: Everyone who identifies as a woman and/or trans person is welcome at specific times listed below. In this case, trans refers to people who identify as transgender, transsexual, two-spirit, non-binary, genderqueer and/or gender diverse.
