60 MINUTE CLASSES 

Ryerson Full-Time Students and Members:  $65 + HST

Non-Members*:  $130 + HST *Non-Members must purchase a $30.00 OneCard to allow for RAC & MAC access.



45 MINUTE 'GETTING STARTED' CLASS

Members:  $26 + HST

 Non-Members*:  $48 + HST *Non-Members must purchase a $30.00 OneCard to allow for RAC & MAC access.

 

60 MINUTE 'KEEP MOVING' CLASS

Members:  $34 + HST

 Non-Members*:  $64 + HST *Non-Members must purchase a $30.00 OneCard to allow for RAC & MAC access.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a 7 week session due to statutory holidays, therefore the prices have been adjusted accordingly to the following :Ryerson Full-Time Students and Members:  $57 + HST Non-Members*:  $114 + HST *Non-Members must purchase a $35.00 OneCard to allow for RAC & MAC access.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Get active and learn the art of self defense with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Students will work with partners to focus on positioning, developing base/balance, creation of space, transitioning and establishing controlled position. Position before submission! 

Kickboxing

Daniel has been a student of the international warrior arts for over thirty years. With a focus on free fighting and free thinking, along with the practical application of the traditional arts, Daniel has trained both amateur and professional fighters alike, maintaining himself an extensive regime. Ever the consummate student, he has trained with leading instructors in their fields, both at home and abroad. Now teaching at Ryerson University, Daniel brings a Free-Style Kickboxing program to all students and staff. Our Free-Style Kickboxing program brings striking techniques from a variety of arts, including Southern Shaolin Kung Fu, Boxing, Neak Ta Pradal Serey, Kenpo, Sanda and others, creating a multifaceted approach to striking that is both educational and practical. We also incorporate unique drills and meditation techniques to bring out the best of you in both mind, body, and spirit. If you are interested in an ego free training environment, with a high focus on technical striking and fitness, come join us.

Older Adult Fitness (+60) - Getting Started

Older Adult Fitness classes are designed to help seniors and older adults maintain and increase their cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, joint stability, coordination, agility, and flexibility in a low-impact and easy-to-follow format all while having a lively and cheerful time in a group setting. A chair is offered for support for those who need it. This is a 45 minute class. *Each session runs for 8 weeks.

Older Adult Fitness classes are designed to help seniors and older adults maintain and increase their cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, joint stability, coordination, agility, and flexibility in a low-impact and easy-to-follow format all while having a lively and cheerful time in a group setting. This is a 60 minute class. * Each session runs for 8 weeks
