A Personal Trainer demonstrates and explains to you how to use various pieces of strength and/or cardio equipment.

Consultation

A Personal Trainer discusses with you, your goals and offers tips and advice.

Fitness Assessment

A Personal Trainer measures your height, weight, waist circumference, resting heart rate, and resting blood pressure, and observes you performing a push-up test, partial curl-up test, grip strength test, and sit-and-reach test.  Your results are compared to standards.
