BECOME A Member

Athletics & Recreation offers Ryerson alumni discounted membership rates to our RAC and MAC facilities. The all-access Affiliate membership includes:

  • Both the RAC and MAC fitness facilities, open up to 17 hours a day
  • Access to pool, saunas, indoor track, spinning, squash courts, gyms and 3 stretch/dance studios
  • Brand new Schwinn spin bikes, Woodway treadmills, Octane Max Trainers, and StairMaster Gauntlets
  • Up to 30 Group Fitness classes per week

JOIN AN OLDER ADULT FITNESS CLASS

Athletics & Recreation is proud to offer our age 60+ community members a unique chance to get and keep active with both 'Getting Started' and 'Keep Moving' streams of this popular class. Older Adult Fitness classes are designed to help seniors and older adults maintain and increase their cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, joint stability, coordination, agility, and flexibility in a low-impact and easy-to-follow format all while having a lively and cheerful time in a group setting.
